| Southern Highlands Bushwalkers win the 2009 NavRescue event
A team from the Southern Highlands Bushwalkers (some are also members of the Wingecarribee SES Unit) finally
wrested the Wollongong City Navigation and Rescue Shield from Waverley/Woollahra SES who had won the event for the past five years.
They've been steadily improving their performance after coming second in 2008 and third in 2007.
Photos from the event can be found in the
NavRescue 2009 Album of our photo gallery.
